Paredown

Find the 20–40% of your software budget you're not using.

We audit your SaaS and cloud spend, hand you a line-itemed list of what to cut and renegotiate, and take a share of the savings. If we don't find real money, you don't pay.

The problem

Every growing company leaks software spend: seats for people who left, two tools that do the same job, a subscription no one remembers signing, a renewal that auto-charged at list price, cloud instances running at 10% utilization. Nobody's job is to hunt it down, so it compounds quarter after quarter.

How it works

  1. Share access. A read-only export of your SaaS billing (or expense/SSO data) and your cloud bill. About 15 minutes.
  2. We audit it. Within 5 business days you get a spreadsheet: every line item, a keep / cut / renegotiate call, and an estimated annual dollar impact.
  3. You decide what to cut. We can run the cancellations and renewal renegotiations for you, or just hand you the list.
  4. You pay a share of what you save — 20% of verified first-year savings, billed as the savings land. No savings, no fee.

Why not just do it internally

You could. Most teams don't — it's tedious, cross-departmental, and never the priority. We do only this, with software that reconciles usage against billing across every tool at once.

Who this is for

US software, fintech, and healthtech companies with roughly 50–250 employees. If your monthly software + cloud spend is under about $25k, we're probably not worth your time yet.

Is the access secure and scoped?

Read-only, revocable, limited to billing and usage metadata. Happy to sign an NDA and use a scoped role.

What if we already use Vendr or Zylo?

Then you have renewal coverage — our teardown often still finds usage-based waste those tools miss. We'll tell you honestly if there's nothing to add.

How fast is the money?

Cuts save you money the day they're made. We invoice our 20% as those savings show up on your bills.

Are you new?

Yes. That's why the teardown is free and the fee is contingent — judge us on what we find.
